Utility
Donations through local utility vendors are distributed through the outreach centers. Utilities participating in the program are Clarke REC, Chariton Valley Electric, Grundy Electric and Rideta Electric. Assistance (maximum of $150) can include past due utilities, reconnection and deposits.
