Corydon Head Start is now taking applications for the 2011 - 2012 school year for those children who will be 3 or 4 years old by September 15, 2011.  We serve individuals with disabilities.

Please bring proof of income for the past 12 months, a copy of your child's birth certificate, proof of residency, and a copy fo your child's immunization record to complete your application.
